Collecting your order, and returning it

Pickup only

Shipping will be available soon. Every order is collected in person at our Halifax store, and pickup is free. All prices are in Canadian dollars, and GST or HST is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

Where to collect

All times are Atlantic (Halifax).

When it will be ready

Orders are usually ready within 1–2 business days. We email you as soon as your order is ready to collect — please wait for that email before coming in. Bring your order number with you.

We hold ready orders for 14 days. If you need longer, get in touch and we will keep it aside.

Returns

You may return most products within 30 days of collection.

What we can accept

• Products that are unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging, with any seal intact.
• Anything faulty, or not what you ordered — whatever the condition of the seal.

What we cannot accept

For health and hygiene reasons we cannot take back opened or used beauty products, or any product with a broken hygiene seal, unless it is faulty. Gift cards and items marked final sale are non-returnable.

How to return something

Get in touch through our contact form with your order number before bringing anything back, and we will confirm the details. Returns are handled in person at the store during opening hours.

Once we have received and inspected it, we refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. How fast it appears on your statement is up to your bank.

Cancelling an order

Contact us as soon as you can. If we have not picked the order yet, we will cancel it and refund you in full.
